The reason why its called Paisley is because Indians migrated to Scotland and set up factories to import beautiful colourful sarees and sherwanis from India. These factories were set up in a small town called Paisley in Scotland. As the British couldn't pronounce Keri, they named it Paisley, from the town Indians lived in.
