Leave the Ego at the Door. There will me many days CrossFit will bring you to your knees, and if you give your best effort and don't give up, those are the best WOD's of personal victory.

Check your ego at the door it doesn't matter where you finish. Only that you finish with integrity and give it a solid effort. Leave the gym better than when you walked in. Head high and be proud. This stuff is hard.

Never get discouraged!

Even if you can't physically see the results in front of you, every single effort is changing your body from the inside. NEVER GET DISCOURAGED! Fitness and health motivation.
