Simple mid-morning snack. Greek yogurt bark is all the rage but I chose to use Neufchâtel (low fat cream cheese) instead because it's way creamier and feels more decadent! Here's how to do it: combine 8oz Neufchâtel  1-2T honey or sugar free maple syrup  1 cup fresh blueberries. Freeze. Cut into squares and devour!
