Because mason jars aren't just for salads. Make yourself an easy and nutritious burrito bowl instead! These are perfect for quick lunches. Layer : guac salsa rice beans chicken cheese & lettuce. So easy to make too: Ingredients 1 cup unsweetened cashew milk 1 scoop vanilla protein 1 frozen banana 1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach splash pure vanilla extract Steps 1. Love finding new products with on point nutrition. I usually get my probiotics in with a pill but today I'm having this drink with just 2 ingredients: water  raspberry purée. If you don't take probiotics regularly you really should talk to your primary healthcare provider! I've been taking them everyday for a few years now and I've had very few of the pregnancy gastrointestinal distress issues that many preggos experience. When your job requires almost daily travel around the community lunch has to be easy and quick! And it IS possible to do that the healthy way. Sometimes I don't have a chance to prep food (let's be real life happens). What I did here: ran into the grocery store to grab a ready pack green salad pouch of sundried tomato tuna plain Greek yogurt and some berries. How easy is that?
