Castaño 2011 Lujuria - 87 Points - Here's an inexpensive, consistent red from Spain. A blend of monastrell and merlot, our judges found this wine to have a floral nose loaded with red fruit notes — think raspberry, plum, strawberry and grapes. Similar notes are found on the palate, where red fruit is joined by cassis flavours, with balanced tannins and acidity. It has good concentration and is pleasant to sip alone or with tapas.
