I used this guide to make The Perfect Cheese Platter. Mine included a layered Glouster-Stilton, French Brie, Tomato-Basil Jack, Chive & Onion Goat Cheese and Gouda along with assorted nuts, dried apricots, green grapes & a raspberry-cherry jam. It was as beautiful as it was yummy!
