Got to Jack's grandma's last night at 11pm and she cooked us vegan chili and whole grain biscuits from scratch. This is leftovers after another road trip today. She used to be a camp cook for tree planters and she never really stopped. I've given her both my cookbooks and now she recommends them to everyone. Do you HONESTLY drink enough water? Truth be told I used to only drink a glass a day.. if that 2 tops! I just never drank I never felt thirsty never really noticed that I wouldn't drink it's just how things were. Stretching is such an important part of lifting that so many mostly men often overlook. I ONLY worked 14 hours today so I was able to go to the gym which made me very happy. Back squats bench presses deadlifts and T-bar rows were the objectives today.
