Accio, or the summoning charm, is a highly useful spell that transports the desired object to the caster's side. The spell does not work on humans or large mammals and becomes increasingly difficult with the size of the object in question and the distance the object must travel. The opposite effect can be achieved with the banishing charm. Both spells are taught in the 4th year.
