If you can FORGET everything you've ever learnt about "dieting" and "healthy eating" and just remember one thing: eat from the earth it shouldn't have a label and if it does if you don't recognise the name of an "ingredient" then put it down and don't spend hundreds of dollars on "superfood powders / protein shakes" etc as I am yet to have seen a protein powder tree growing in nature .. have you?!
