guiltless_indulgence @ Instagram • Whipped up a batch of mini frittatas as I started my Whole30 and let me tell ya. They turned out HELLA lit. So simple. DO IT YA'LL. Beat 10 eggs in a bowl and sauté 1/4 cup each of chopped mushrooms, spinach, onions, peppers and any other veggies of your choice in a skillet over medium heat. Evenly distribute the sautéed veggies and scrambled eggs into muffin tins. Pop into the oven at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes et voila!
