A new favorite dessert!     6 oz. of fat free vanilla yoghurt, 3-4 tbls  canned pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, fat free cool whip.     It tastes just like pumpkin pie! But it’s only 3PP! The cool whip on top adds a really nice addition.     Weigh in tomorrow. Fingers crossed I don’t have another gain….a loss would be so much better!
