Ingredientes: Brócolis, abobrinha, 1 xíc. couve-manteiga,  manjericão 1 e 1/2 dente de alho 1/2 cebola ralada   Modo de Preparo: Cozinhe a abobrinha e o brócolis em água fervente. Em uma panela, refogue a cebola ralada, o alho e o manjericão picado. Bata no liquidificador a abobrinha e os brócolis com um pouco da água em que foram cozidos, a couve e o azeite. Em seguida, misture ao refogado da panela, ajuste o sal e a pimenta-rosa. Cozinhe por 5 minutinhos e sirva.

You'll need to tweak the sauce to fit your tastes -- I thought 5 tsp of sugar/honey was way too much, and was fine with 3.  Overall, an excellent choice for a weeknight dinner, and I'm pretty sure it's low-carb.

You'll need to tweak the sauce to fit your tastes -- I thought 5 tsp of sugar/honey was way too much, and was fine with 3. Overall, an excellent choice for a weeknight dinner, and I'm pretty sure it's low-carb.

French Onion Pork Loin Crockpot Directions: - Pour dry onion soup mix, water, garlic, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce into slow-cooker and mix together thoroughly. Add pork-tenderloin turning to coat. Sprinkle ground back pepper on top of pork tenderloin. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
