We're getting serious about sleep today.  Lack of sleep changes how your food is metabolized.  Lack of sleep increases your hunger.  Lack of sleep decreases feelings of satiety.  Lack of sleep impairs your fat burning cellular machinery.  It's become far too common place when people respond to "how are you?" with "I'm exhausted". Time for a change!
