Mish-Mash - an easy, tasty traditional vegetarian Bulgarian meal: 3 tomatoes, 3 red peppers, 1 onion, 2-3 tbsp vegetable oil, 200g feta cheese, 3 eggs, parsley, salt and pepper to season. Cut all into pieces. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the onions, then the peppers and the tomatoes and cook for 3-5 min. Add the cheese and eggs and cook for another 2-3 min.
