Came home and they were perfectly soft and ready to eat with our dinner. Chinese sweet/sour sauce-Heat 2Tbl veg oil; add 2 minced cloves garlic, 1 minced green onion, 1” of minced ginger root. Stir-fry 2 min. Combine 4Tbl ketchup, ½ c water, 1tsp rice vinegar (or lemon juice), tsp sugar, ½ tsp salt. Add to stir fry mix. Combine 3tsp cornstarch w/3Tbl water, stir, add to stir fry. Can be used as a dip or o/rice/noodles.
