"This secret has to be shared! Yesterday I washed my sweet potatoes and placed them in my crockpot, no extra water added. Placed them on high and went to church for 3 hours. Came home and they were perfectly soft and ready to eat with our dinner. Zucchini Relish  *This is my new obsession!!! Everyone who has tried it loves it as well. I know it seems like.... over relish?! Heck yes it is amazing and easy to make!!!

Zucchini Relish *This is my new obsession!!! Everyone who has tried it loves it as well. I know it seems like.... over relish?! Heck yes it is amazing and easy to make!!!

Chinese sweet/sour sauce-Heat 2Tbl veg oil; add 2 minced cloves garlic, 1 minced green onion, 1” of minced ginger root. Stir-fry 2 min. Combine 4Tbl ketchup, ½ c water, 1tsp rice vinegar (or lemon juice), tsp sugar, ½ tsp salt. Add to stir fry mix. Combine 3tsp cornstarch w/3Tbl water, stir, add to stir fry. Can be used as a dip or o/rice/noodles.
