Project Based Learning - Shark Tank
This is a week long lesson that supports project-based learning. Designed for second though fourth grade, this project allows students to work in groups to invent a product, advertise it and try to sell it to the investors in the "shark tank." The students will be challenged by their classmates to defend their product in the shark tank.
The 21st St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF 2017) kicked off on Thursday. The annual event has become Russia’s leading gathering of heads of state, business leaders, as well as world experts representing science, media, and civil society. They will discuss the key economic issues facing Russia, emerging markets, and the world as a whole. The motto of this year’s forum is ‘In Search of New Balance in the Global Economy.’ Here are some of the highlights from today’s program:
