Broiled fruit kebabs soak skewers 10 min.10 minutes. cube or slice cantaloupe, pineapple, mango, honeydew or another favorite fruit. Thread fruit on skewers. Place skewers on baking sheet, sprinkle with brown sugar. Broil til fruit is slightly browned and bubbly, about 2 minutes per side. Dipping sauce, whisk together 4 oz low-fat, sugar-free lemon yogurt, 1 tsp fresh lime juice and 1 tsp lime zest. Cover and refrigerate the dipping sauce until you're ready to serve the fruit skewers.
