This is the ingredient recipe I use for croissants. I also use most of these techniques for folding but I also combine Paul hollywood's methods for shaping and folding. I only use one egg with a pinch of salt for the egg wash. Delicious.
Homemade Dark Chocolate Recipe Ingredients: 1 cup coconut oil 1 cup cacao powder or cocoa powder ½ cup honey, more or less to taste 1 teaspoon vanilla pinch of sea salt Instructions: Melt the coconut oil in a saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat and whisk in the remaining ingredients until well combined. Pour into molds or a parchment lined 8×8 raised edge pan. Refrigerate until chocolate is hardened.
