I start off with 3 eggs and 3 egg whites along with 1/2 cup steel cut oats for breakfast. 3 hours later it's 6 scrambled egg whites. Then I eat one of these around noon and another at 3:00. I hit the gym around 6. Post workout is usually MTS whey protein.
