Cinnamon swirl protein pancakes . 3 ingredients. 1, 2, 3. Blend 1/3c oats with a scoop of protein powder (I used cinnamon swirl from Cellucor), with about 2T unsweetened almond milk (batter should be thick, and the milk goes a long way so add slowly [you have been warned]). Pour onto preheated griddle. Eat. Topping is just protein powder mixed with a tiny bit of almond milk. Trust me, I'd add a lot more to this if I wasn't confined to prep ingredients .
