LOOK: Alien Planet's True Color Detected - A navy blue planet orbiting a faraway star is the first exoplanet to have its color measured. Discovered in 2005, HD 189733is one of the best studied planets outside the Solar System, orbiting a star about 29 parsecs away in the Vulpecula, or Fox, constellation. July 12, 2013
M6-CLASS FLARE: Solar activity is picking up. For the second day in a row, sunspot AR1532 has unleashed a moderately-strong solar flare. The latest, an M6-class eruption, occurred on July 28th at 2056 UT. NASA's Solar Dynamics Observatory captured the extreme UV flash.
