These paleo chocolate donuts with coconut vanilla bean icing are baked for a healthy and delicious grain and gluten free treat.
Banana Nut Protein Donuts. In a blender, add ¼ cup rolled oats and pulse until it reaches a flour texture. In a bowl, add the oat flour, ½ banana, ½ TBSP coconut flour, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tsp baking soda, and ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk. Smash the banana and mix together. Spray a donut pan and pour the batter into three molds. Bake at 375 for 12 min. Topping: combine 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1/8 cup sugar free banana cream pudding mix, and enough water to make a paste.
