Battered Fish made with @ottosnaturals Cassava Flour -- Recipe: 2/3 cup cassava flour mixed with 1/2 tsp salt. In another bowl, mix 1 tbsp white vinegar with 1/2 tsp of baking soda. Mix together. Then add vinegar mix to flour mix and stir. Add between 2/3 - 1 cup water to flour mixture slowly. Should be quite runny - like pancake batter. And fry it up!

Ingredients: 1-3/4 C coconut milk, 1 T apple cider vinegar, 2 eggs, 56 g (approx 4T) coconut oil, 1/2 tsp GF vanilla extract, 240 g (approx 2 C) @ottosnaturals Cassava Flour, 1/2 tsp sea salt, 2 T coconut sugar, and 1-1/2 tsp baking soda. Peach Dutch Baby made with @ottosnaturals Cassava Flour. Sauté sliced and peeled peaches in browned butter, cinnamon and some nutmeg in a small cast iron skillet. In a bowl, blend 6 eggs, about 3/4 C @ottosnaturals Cassava Flour, 3/4 C coconut milk, powdered vanilla bean, 1/4 C coconut sugar, and salt.
