Hofbrau Dunkel 5% A dunkel (dark) lager from the celebrated Munich brewery, widely regarded as something of a minor classic.
Weihenstephan Vitus Weizenbock 7.7% A light-coloured, spicy single-bock wheat beer. Extra long and cold storage in the monastery cellars makes this single-bock a really special beer with full body and a distinctively great taste.
A particularly strong, spicy aroma, with a distinctive yeast flavour and an unmistakable top-fermenting beer profile – the recipe for Urweisse dates back to the brewery’s founding days over 120 years ago. It owes its distinctive, traditional weissbier flavour to a special malt, a different hop variety and a special yeast.
Weihenstephan Hefe Dunkel 5.3% Supple, malty and mellow. Its harmonious flavour is the great strength of dark wheat beer.
Schneider Eisbock 12.0% Eisbock is actually Aventinus frozen and the water is seperated from the alcohol,giving the alcohol content a kick up to 12%. Stronger than strong. Powerful aromas and an intense flavour.
Erdinger Pikantus 7.3% The stronger “double brewed” version of the German classic. Deep roast malt notes give an impression of chocolate and fruitiness. Delicious!

A stronger “export strength” lager from this Old Munich brewer, some sweetish pale, malt and grassy hops in the finish, it is slightly higher in alcohol, so there is a touch more warmth in the finish. The Brewery Since 1328 an Augustiner beer has been brewed within the monastery of the Augustinian Brotherhood.
