The Reichstag today is a must-see on any Berlin visit. 1945 Soviet graffiti inside! The Nazis didn't use the damaged building to meet after the 1933 fire, preferring instead the Kroll Opera House also located in Königsplatz facing the Reichstag. The West German capital after WW2 was moved to Bonn until returning to the Reichstag in 1999.
