The beautiful Gothic Bridge in New York City's Central Park was made of steel and cast iron in when it was designed by Calvert Vaux. This bridge gets its name from the Gothic Cathedral style curves of the ironwork on the spandrels.
Royal Gorge Bridge in Canon City, Colorado. It's a real trip walking across that bridge with it's wooden slats - you can see the Arkansas River way below you! (There is a sign on the bridge that says, "No Fishing From Bridge" . I kid you not!
Looking down onto the village of Namche Bazaar from the highest airport in the world with Kongde Ri peak in the background, Sagarmatha Zone of north-eastern Nepal. The most incredible, scary thing I ever did was to fly into this airport.
