Pão de queijo de frigideira  1 ovo 1 col sopa de creme de ricota ou outro queijo cremoso (alérgicos ou intolerantes podem fazer sem) 1 col sopa de polvilho doce  1 col sopa de polvilho azedo  1 col sopa de farinha de linhaça  Sal a gosto  Bate tudo (fouet), frigideira (aquela pequena pra ovo, se fizer numa maior não dá pra rechear)…
