Asparagus Soup - Martha Stewart Recipes - OK, everyone should try this! Easy, fresh, and tasty! I added a lot more spinach than the 1c recommended and I upped the heat with extra red pepper flake. The serving size is generous and the EVOO makes the creamless soup quite silky. 185 cal, 12 carb, 14g fat (ok, maybe less EVOO next time), 7g protein, and 3g fiber.

Bata bem com um fouet, coloque na frigideira de teflon (não precisa untar) e fogo baixo nela. Enquanto cozinha, vá colocando o recheio:1 fatia de mussarela, 1 fatia de blanquet de peru e palmito. Quando começar a desgrudar, feche em forma de crepe e deixe dourar mais um pouco de cada lado.
