Queen Tiye, she became the Great Royal Wife of the Egyptian Amenhotep III. She is the mother of Akhenaten and grandmother of Tutankhamun. Her mummy was identified as The Elder Lady found in the Tomb of Amenhotep II in

Smenkhkare Reigned BCE dynasty BCE probably in coregency with Akhenaton, his predecessor, for most of the period. Smenkhkare’s origin and identity remain among the unresolved issues of the Amarna period.

One of the most beautiful statues of Ramses II is this one, carved from black granite, in the Museo Egizio – the Egyptian Museum of Turin. Here Ramses wears the so-called Blue Crown, the Khepresh, which first appeared early in Egypt’s Dynasty.
