I make smoothies for my brother everyday, today it was "Piña Colada" Pinapple, Banana, & Coconut water, one of my favorite combinations! (Banana+pineapple is not considered proper food combining but it's so good that sometimes I have to break the rules)

Good morning! Day 2 of the #3dayrawchallenge! Yay!! For breakfast I had delicious and super sweet Banana Smoothie: 7 frozen bananas, 2 cups coconut water, a handful of strawberries ,3 strips of celery, 2 dates and cinnamon to taste!! SO GOOD!! It's important to eat enough fruit in order to feel full and that way it will be easier to veer off cravings! What did you have for breakfast? Pineapple Mango Vitamin C Booster Smoothie INGREDIENTS:  halve, double, or triple the recipe as desired 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks 1 cup frozen mango chunks 1 medium ripe banana, peeled and frozen in chunks 1 cup milk (regular, almond, soy, coconut, etc.) 1 teaspoon+ vanilla extract sweetener, to taste (sugar, agave, stevia, honey, maple syrup, dates, etc.)
