The seasonings I added made it taste like freaking breakfast sausage! 1 fold it 90 calorie sandwich wrap 90 g egg whites 1 T pico 1 oz 99% turkey burger seasoned w/mrs dash 25 g fat free cheese - cook egg whites, pico & turkey in a pan, place 1/4 of the cheese directly on the wrap and put the cooked egg mixture on top so it stick. Cover pizza with remaining cheese and cook toaster oven until melted!

Big breakfast after today's workout. I struggle to eat enough calories in the first half of the day. Today I made sure this wasn't the case. Had around 1k of calories combined from my PWO shake the this protein rich and fatty sandwich combo. Considering that I easily burn 400-550 calories during my empty stomach workouts that's not that much but an improvement.  Constantly tweaking my healthy lifestyle routines. Durante a semana me deu uma vontade louca de comer sanduíche e resolvi fazer meu próprio sanduíche com o pão e hambúrguer caseiros sem conservantes e gente vou falar para vocês ficou maravilhooooooso até mais gostoso desses que comemos em lanchonete e o melhor de tudo é que sabemos realmente o que estamos ingerindo e super saudável!
