"To be loved but not known is comforting but superficial. To be known and not loved is our greatest fear. But to be fully known and truly loved is, well, a lot like being loved by God. It is what we need more than anything." ~Tim Keller - SO GOOD.
Oh for a pure heart. Sometimes our hearts are so messed up, we need God to come in and "create" a pure one. It's great to pray King David's prayer: "Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me.
Of course our brothers and sisters face the same trials. We have bible examples of keeping endurance: Job and David, And of course Jesus! The perfect example. We are never alone- Jehovah is always with us! Cleve to Him!
And sadly this is not true in other religions. Passing a collection plate or having to pay the preacher for something you need. That's also why the bible tells us God will have vengeance on those fleecing his sheep.
