Gotta stay focused!  After doing 2 a days at the gym I need to eat clean to keep my energy up in order to finish out the day.  So lunch today just so happens to be amazing as well as healthy.  Current situation is that I'm cutting most carbs except those that I get from berries or veggies so mixed veggies work out great and that's what we have today.  For the protein I have 8 oz of grilled chicken breast topped with yeh white wine reduction that I had leftover from last nights dinner!  All…
