Sunday Meal Prepping My Sunday meal prep is complete! Can I get a fist bump?! For this week I made a vegetable soup with the veggies I had on hand (carrots potatoes okra zucchini onion) with lentils and vegetable stock fresh thyme and sage and some grind it to a salt spices. I also roasted some butternut squash with coconut oil pumpkin pie spice and maple syrup. And for snacks I made some cocoa hemp energy bars! I have fruits and veggies ready for smoothies and my shakeo for breakfasts…
