Chocolate protein mousse filled whoopie pies - makes 5 whoopie pies  Whoopie pies - 1 cup kodiak cakes pancake and waffle mix - 1 cup almond milk -1 tap vanilla -1 tsp cinnamon -1/4 cup pumpkin purée -1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder ()  Combine all ingredients and mix well. Using 1/4 cup measuring cup, measure out your batter and place on a large Cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F for 13-15 minutes or until baked all the way through.let cool while you make filling.

Took prepped grilled chicken and mixed it with 1/2 mashed avocado, 1 tbsp plain coconut yogurt, juice from 1/2 lime, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and chili powder... put that mixture in an Ezekiel pita with some fresh spinach!  Healthy, balanced, and perfect !
