Took prepped grilled chicken and mixed it with 1/2 mashed avocado, 1 tbsp plain coconut yogurt, juice from 1/2 lime, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and chili powder... put that mixture in an Ezekiel pita with some fresh spinach!
