Main course for my lunch today and it was delicious! Took prepped grilled chicken and mixed it with 1/2 mashed avocado, 1 tbsp plain coconut yogurt, juice from 1/2 lime, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and chili powder... put that mixture in an Ezekiel pita with some fresh spinach! Healthy, balanced, and perfect !
Are you guys ready for some football? As promised, my football whoopie pies! These whoopie pies were made using @kodiakcakes pancake mix to make a cake like cookie then I filled the cookies with a chocolate coconut (protein) mousse using @siggisdairy yogurt, @leanbodyforher protein, and some other ingredients.
