Time well spent, as always Soon time to do a full-body workout in the gym and working on the abs. 70min cardio done. So motivated! But also know its going to be hard. I love my muscles. To me they represent all my hard work. My dedication, determination and it reminds me that although they're have been hard times I've never gave up.
