Wuhuuuu. Sunday prep done. So excited for my new food schedule program I recieved yesterday from coach @barbarachristiansen So invested a few hours swaddled in a happy fug in the kitchen, stocking the fridge and freezer with food for the week. Time well spent, as always Soon time to do a full-body workout in the gym and working on the abs. 70min cardio done. So motivated! But also know its going to be hard. Now its only about looking forward
Here are today's meals! I went wayyyy over my carbs I was really feeling fruit today. M1 ■ 5 eggwhites, spinach 1 slice ham, ketchup and strawberries. M2 ■ green juice. M3 ■ chicken tenders & brussel sprouts, goat cheese, cranberries & almonds. M4 ■ 1/2 papaya, 2 mini bananas, 2 rambutan, blueberries, flax seed & greek yogurt. M5 ■ Organic thai carrot soup. So good and so spicy!!
