Wuhuuuu. Sunday prep done. So excited for my new food schedule program I recieved yesterday from coach @barbarachristiansen So invested a few hours swaddled in a happy fug in the kitchen, stocking the fridge and freezer with food for the week. Time well spent, as always Soon time to do a full-body workout in the gym and working on the abs. 70min cardio done. So motivated! But also know its going to be hard. Now its only about looking forward
Planning is everything to me when I study or work ☝️. I would not be able to get everything in my life together otherwise. And food is the most important part for me; I love spending some extra time in the kitchen to make sure I have enough healthy & delicious food with me during the day .
