Michael Grant's Gone. Just started this book and it's sucked me in. The back cover quote says it all, "If Stephen King had written Lord of the Flies, it might have been a little like this."

Okay, now that it's over, here's my take on this YA Dystopian series as a whole. I thought it was worth reading. It was interesting. Did not love what the author did with the "Christian" character or the (YOUNG) teenage sex. My preference would have been for my 8th grade son to have waited and read this in high school, but not horrified he read it now.
