Lemon Turkish Delight - made this today for Christmas and it's quite lovely!! I used almond extract and red food colouring to make cherry flavour. I think next time I make it I will use more sugar cause I'd like them a little sweeter and also a little more corn starch because I'd also like them a little more solid. But seriously a really easy recipe to make a very tasty dessert!
