Activate your almonds by soaking them in water overnight, then popping the skins off in the morning as they are harder to digest. Soaking and skinning almonds leaves a beautiful sweet flavour! Eat 8-10 daily.
Yum! Try this delicious and healthy dessert. Pop into a blender: 1.5 cups mixture of strawberries and raspberries, 1/2 avocado, 2 small frozen bananas, 2 Tablespoons coconut milk or cream.
