For the Birds (2009) captures the vibrancy and excitement of the neighborhood  and touches on the theme of growth, family, freedom and new beginnings volunteers.   Artists: Kathryn Wright  Heather Watts. Team: Mike Wolin, Robin Wright, Sarah Cavanaugh  Megan Bennett.  Location: 556 Powell Street.   Dimensions: H. 8 feet L. 20 feet.   2011 Copyright City of Vancouver.  Sponsors: Lily Design Co, Deborah Harden, City of Vancouver – Great Beginnings Program.

The mural was commissioned by Lend Lease for a collection depot they set up at the Barangaroo site in Sydney. It was also painted in large part by Lend Lease employees. This project was facilitated by Gallery A.S."
