Pumpkin Protein Cookies: 1 c. pumpkin puree 1/4 c. applesauce 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice 1/4 c. vanilla protein powder 1 tbsp. agave nectar 1 tbsp. molasses 1 tbsp. cinnamon 2 c. rolled oats 1/2 c. raisins - they were ok..but, I tried them the next day and they were awesome. I didn't have enough protein powder. Next time, I would add an egg to the batter.
