Purely vegan soup. Sautee one onion,cup of celery and one carrot in 2 tbls of olive oil then add vegatable broth I used 2 quartz and chickpeas..I used one lbs can ..one teaspoon of fresh Rosemary and one of fresh parsley add one garlic head peeled..sea salt and pepper to taste...simmer for 30 min...then you can eat it like that...or you can blend it...before serving squeeze a litle lemon...yummmy

Here's what was in today's Salad for Breakfast: Chopped Romaine, chopped scallions (one whole one, with the green parts too) half a chicken breast that was sauteed in olive oil, lemon juice and oregano) a litle feta and a plain yogurt/cucumber/garlic and mint sauce. I drizzled the organic Olio Beato olive oil that we just started delivering over the whole thing, a squeeze of lemon, salt, and freshly grount pepper. Oh, and not to forget those big fat Greek capers that I love so much.
