Materials: paper grocery bags Elmer’s Glue-All by the gallon Floor-grade polyurethane (Oil-modified Minwax) 1. Mix the glue & h2o 50/50 ratio Tear/crumple paper into large pieces. Dip each piece into glue mixture until fully saturated smooth out air bubbles. Cover Floor. 2. Allow the floor completely dry. May take 24 hrs. 3. Using paint roller with a light nap, roll on polyurethane. Make sure to have adequate ventilation! Allow this coat to completely dry
