How to create the illusion of a smaller waist!

No doing a bunch of core exercises won’t necessarily give you a smaller waist. First clean up your diet! I say this on any workout because I see it so much in our fitness culture. We try and out work a bad diet— you’ll just been spinning in circles doing that.

Now that you fuel your body right let’s get that small waist (if you want one of course). Training your upper body and your glutes is a great way to create the appearance of a smaller waist while getting stronger— win win! Specifically targeting those LATS and ABDUCTORS (outer thigh/booty).
