(John Yunis)  Michael Taylor's house, San Francisco, Part 19, Office Level, looking East/ Northeast. Because the house is located on a cliff, Taylor was able to excavate one side of the lower level and add windows, opening it up to the same incredible views of the Pacific, Marin Highlands and Golden Gate Bridge enjoyed upstairs. Taylor used the space as an office and decorated it with the look with which we most closely associate him.  Here, we see the bedroom area, with its Alder tree…

Sorry that it's so dark, however I wanted to include it because this view is rarely seen and it shows us how large the room was- plus, it has, again, a very interesting mix of furniture and objects.
