Made another yummy and functional oatsraw infusion for the week. Mixed with #coconutwater, this is one refreshing and super healthy beverage. Infused oatstraw, nettles, hibiscus, rose hips, lemongrass, peppermint and lemon overnight. Once done, mixed in some fresh #coconut water for a super #healthy drink that is: high in calcium + potassium + magnesium + vitamins A, B, C, D, E + iron + flavanoids + antioxidants + niacin + folate + zinc + electrolytes.
Anti-inflammatory drink: - 2 cups ripe pineapple - 1 cup ripe mango - large knob of ginger (about 2-4 inches) - 1 cup young thai coconut water (you may add the coconut meat too from inside the coconut if you please) - 1 tsp. fresh vanilla I forgot to add the vanilla, but I did put a healthy chunk of ginger in this drink. It was really good. Next time, I'll try to remember the vanilla.
This blueberry coconut snack literally took 3 minutes to make: took a few spoonfuls of coconut milk yogurt, sliced out some mature coconut meat chips, sprinkled some plump blueberries and drizzled on a little bit of coconut sugar nectar.
