

Start in Mountain Pose

Place the left ankle just above the right knee creating a figure 4 shape. Create space in your hips by placing your left hand just above your left knee and gently pressing down toward the earth.

Keep hips squared forward and twist the torso to the left taking the gaze over the left shoulder, gently placing the right palm on the outside of the left knee.
