Mr Lawrence Spongebob
Douglas Lawrence Osowski or 'Mr. Lawrence' is the voice for Plankton, the main antagonist from the Spongebob Squarepants cartoons. Mr. Lawrence is a writer on the SpongeBob series, and he also does the voice for Larry the Lobster, the burly lifeguard. Mr. Lawrence also wrote for Rocko's Modern Life and voiced the character of jealous Filburt Turtle.
