SLED or SLEIGH??, answer below! A one of a kind piece for indoor use only. Made of all wood with a few screws, it has a decorative rope to hang, made of fabric. Sled measures 23-1/2 inches end to end, 8-1/2 inches wide, and 4-1/2 inches tall. In perfect condition, except for a small scrape on the bottom. Has a nice shiny wood stained finish. Rope is 44 inches long and can easily be change or removed. Sleigh refers to a moderate to large-sized, usually open-topped vehicle to carry passengers or goods, and typically drawn by horses, dogs, or reindeer. In American usage sled remains the general term but often implies a smaller device, often for recreational use.
