I love the creativity inherent in art journaling that gets all mixed up with regular journaling and to do lists. Now, what I had once considered my random notebooks are no longer disappointments, but a source of joy.
Spinach Dal (Palak Dal) - Made my own version of this tonight. Add 3 onions, 3 cloves garlic and 3 large vine tomatoes to the onion mixture. Fry in a tablespoon of olive oil and leave out the coconut milk for a low-fat version.
